The idea of RecruitU was born in the summer of 2021 with a simple, singular mission in mind: help students navigate one of the highest stress points in their lives—finding a job. This stress is even greater for careers in Investment Banking, which we experienced firsthand, feeling the same pain every student feels trying to navigate this process.

All other solutions have it wrong because clicking apply is just 1% of the recruitment process. So, we built technology to guide students through the 99% that is overlooked. To make coveted jobs accessible to everyone determined to break into these industries, you need to break down information asymmetry and put every step of the recruitment process all in one place.

For the last three years, we have built software and talked to thousands of students with only our north star metric in mind: make a product that helps students. By solving this problem, every stakeholder involved in college recruitment will benefit dramatically from students having the knowledge to make informed decisions on where they want to launch their careers.
